Tuna Fish Mulakittathu(With chilli)

Meen Mulakitathu/ Spicy Red Tuna Fish Curry is tuna fish simmered in spices.  Learn how to prepare.


Tasty Nibbles Tuna Chunks -150g

Kashmiri Chilli Powder – 7g

Red Chilli Powder  – 10g

Turmeric Powder   –  3g

Onion –  15g

Tomato –  10g

Kokum – 10g

Refined Oil  –  20ml

Curry Leaves  –   3g

Green chilli   –  3g

Ginger  –    3g

Garlic –   5g

Salt   –   to taste



  1. Slice onion and tomato, slit green chilli, chop ginger and garlic.
  2. Heat oil then fry onion, chilli, ginger and garlic.
  3. Add the masalas and saute well then pour kokum extract with water.
  4. Add fish to simmering gravy and cook well.
